When Stella agrees to take on the job of interior designer for the remodeling of the old theater in town, she never expects to see her ex boyfriend as contractor and foreman. She hasn’t seen Chase in over 4 years. He was supposed to have moved away! Things sure have changed in her life she she last saw him too. It’s been almost one year, to the day, since her divorce was finalized. She hasn’t had a job in months and her bills are piling up. Knowing that this job is her salvation, she can’t run from it, or him.
This is a fun book. It is easy to read and the characters are really loveable. Of course, things are really tough between the two of them as they figure out what they are doing and who they are in life. They have to turn to God, give up past hurt, and move forward with their lives. Great read! Pick up a copy 🙂
