When Vanessa heads to Florida to plan her destination wedding, she never expects to run into her ex-husband, Logan. Her time there is extended, due to Hurricane Cressida, and she has to face the fact that there are still feelings that haven’t been dealt with. Her, very patient, fiancee is waiting back home for her and she faces a huge decision.
Great book with a lot of depth to the characters. I had a hard time “liking” Vanessa, but I still enjoyed her story. God is a big part of her healing and I liked seeing that play out. There is a lot about forgiveness, unconditional love, friendship and relationships here. Beth doesn’t avoid the hard stuff. I highly recommend it!
Thank you, Litfuse, for this great read! As always, this is my honest opinion. Here’s to many more!!
