Ray and Betty Whipps are true American heroes. When WWII started up, both jumped in to do their parts. Ray fought through France after landing on the beach at Normandy. His account of those horrific months is just right; not too graphic, but enough information.
What a BEAUTIFUL love story and the best memoir I have read in a long time. Their faith and courage are absolutely inspiring. I highly recommend!!
